- How do I connect the App Store?
Create an App Store Connect API key with the Customer Support role, which can only read and reply to reviews, then enter the Issuer ID, Key ID and .p8 file in AutoPoster AI. No password is shared.
- Can I reply to App Store reviews from AutoPoster AI?
Yes. Your reply is sent as the developer response. Apple shows it on the App Store once it's published, and replying again updates it.
- Which reviews are synced?
Written reviews from the last 30 days for every app you connect. Star-only ratings without text aren't available through Apple's API.
- Can I delete App Store reviews?
No. Apple doesn't let developers delete reviews. You can reply, and delete or update your own response.
