Hootsuite in brief
In June 2026 Hootsuite renamed its products as a "Social OS": Perch for publishing, Nest for care, Parliament for advocacy and Lumen for listening, with an AI agent called Wisdom across them. That direction serves social teams inside larger companies.
The pricing reflects it. Costs are per user, and the features small teams often want sit in higher tiers: DM automation at $199, approvals at $399. A freelancer who wants to schedule, reply and review a client's post pays for a lot of unused platform.
