How to switch from CommentGuard

Export comments to CSV from the Inbox, Archive and Bin tabs. Each tab needs its own export, capped at 50,000 comments, so split larger sets with date filters.

Use the Exporter tool for a single post or ad, by pasting its URL and choosing whether to include nested replies.

Cancel through Manage subscription in account settings, which opens the Stripe portal. Only the account owner sees it, and the plan runs until the billing period ends.

You don't need to restore old comments first. CommentGuard says comments it hid during your subscription stay hidden after you cancel.
