Planable in brief
Planable charges per workspace with unlimited users, which suits agencies whose clients need to review content. The limits sit elsewhere: 60 or 150 posts a month, 4 or 10 social pages, and separate fees for analytics, inbox and listening. Count posts and add-ons per workspace before comparing prices, and note the page lists two figures for each add-on.
It ships often. The changelog shows LinkedIn PDF posts and Instagram Trial Reels in October, and music for TikTok and Reels in September. Its roots remain in approval and collaboration, so a switch makes most sense if you spend more time making and answering content than getting it signed off.

Unlimited users
Basic and Pro include unlimited users per workspace. Large groups of reviewers cost nothing extra, while our largest plan has 15 team members.
Social listening is growing fast
Planable launched listening in September 2026 and added competitor tracking, alerts and share of voice by October. We don't offer social listening.
A trial with no clock
The trial gives 50 posts in total with no time limit and no card, against our 7 days. MCP is also on Basic, and Enterprise includes SSO, which we don't offer.
How to switch from Planable

We found no post export on Planable's public pages, and its help centre blocked our check, so ask support before you start. Plan to copy upcoming posts by hand.

Save reports as PDF, CSV or a link if you use the Analytics add-on, because they are the documented way to keep performance data.

Cancel from the Billing Dashboard after your first week on AutoPoster AI. On an annual plan you keep access until the period ends. Published posts are archived after a year, then deleted.
