How to Setup GitHub Copilot

Generate an AutoPoster Workspace API Key

Open your Workspace Settings and click Create API Key. Copy the secret key (it begins with ap_live_...).

Edit GitHub Copilot Configuration

Open .vscode/mcp.json in your code editor and paste the MCP server configuration block shown above. Replace YOUR_AUTOPOSTER_API_KEY with your real key.

Restart & Prompt

Restart GitHub Copilot. You will now see AutoPoster tools (autoposter_draft_post, autoposter_list_accounts, etc.) ready in your chat context.
